Briar Patch is thrilled to announce the appointment of Amanda Singh as its new Executive Chef. With over a decade of experience in the Denver culinary community, Michelin-level training, and a passion for creative, locally sourced cuisine, Chef Singh brings a fresh voice and bold vision to our kitchen.

Chef Singh is known for her inventive twist on classic brunch, her farm-to-table sensibility, and her mission to showcase local producers. Her journey as a sober chef underscores her dedication, precision, and clarity of purpose — qualities that align with Briar Patch Restaurant’s commitment to excellence in food, service, and guest experience. world.

Please join us in welcoming our new General Manager, Jeff Shannon, to Briar Patch!

With six years of experience in the service industry, he brings a deep passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. His approach is rooted in warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine love of bringing people together over great food and thoughtful service.

When he’s not at The Patch, you can find him cooking at home, watching films, attending theatre and other artistic events, or relaxing in the park with his dog Levi—who many of you may already recognize from our dog wall.

He’s excited to bring his love of food and elevated neighborhood dining to Congress Park and looks forward to helping Briar Patch continue to grow as one of the community’s most beloved gathering spots.
